What does H.O.B stand for?
H.O.B literally stands for Hearts of Bricks.
What charitable organizations do we donate to?
We are currently donating to:
- The American Heart Association
- Hope For Haiti

Where do you ship?
We are currently within the United States and Internationally.
How long will it take to receive my item?
All items are made to order, it can take up to 1-3 days before the package is ready to ship out. please allow 1-2 weeks for your item to reach it's destination. International orders pleas allow up to 3 weeks.
What type of postage/shipping do you use?
USPS.
What does shipping cost?
There is a $5.00 shipping cost on all products shipped alone and a flat rate fee of $1.00 if shipped with others within the U.S.A. International shipping fee is $25.00 with required priority mail.
How do I take care of my Item?
As with any piece of jewelry or accessory, take care not to get it wet or scratched. When putting on the item take care not to tug and pull rigorously. The best option is to put it on the article of clothing you wish to wear beforehand instead of in the mirror to avoid piercing yourself.
What do I do if my Item actually breaks?
First try some super glue. If that doesn't fix the problem, return it within 30 days of purchase to:

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
